I can’t believe these people felt a need to be bringing reform to republic in parliament in a time like this when Jamaica trying to recover from disaster 2 1/2 week ago. You people can’t even stand the aftermath from a hurricane that just passed it shows there was no preparation, nor detours and recovery you people can’t stand on your toes much less on your feet 🙄 it shows in the response and rescue. You can’t afford to support victims from the hurricane to rebuild in getting their lives sorted out, you have nothing to offer, you on international platform talking how prepared Jamaica was and how much shelters is in place to rescue people in that information was confusion and conflicted did not found truth to it. Then you coming out asking the diaspora for help the same diaspora’s you ridicule with name calling, tricked before the election one of the promise was diaspora should be able to participate in our electoral process and debates but then you come implement changes to prevent that process😏🙄 flip flop whenever it suits you. Jamaica people can’t move on from beryl because without difficulties whether with funds from the government to rebuild or provide electricity, food, and shelters during this crisis why then taxpayers was told from many ministers in parliament express numerous times & time again there’s money is not an issue and there’s plenty of money in the budget. You all went and took out disaster coverage insurance causing taxpayers millions per year yet when disaster occurred ban from such policy isn’t available to assist taxpayers, and seems whatever else insurance policy you have which is available is useless to the ratio of devastation we have received from hurricane beryl 😏🙄 make it make sense. Taxpayers are always left out in the cold to plan for themselves even though they already struggling to fend for themselves on a daily basis. Even the support that’s coming from overseas whether it’s food items or funds it’s micromanaged by one particular party when those funds are not coming from neither party, it’s the people from overseas who fund it in there hearts to lend a helping hands. Yet some citizens from certain districts parish is such party seeing none of the funds nor food coming to assist them! I find that despicable, disrespectful and dishonest means and shows no unity but all about politics. When will these people get it together and realize that rush reform to Republic without the people of Jamaica is fully informed, involved, and inputs, voices on many parts of this reform. We have over 3 million people and taxpayers who will not allow 43 or 68 people in our government to dictate our future and our children’s future just for their own benefit and accolade. Jamaican interest and benefit is first and foremost above all of your emotional, elevation of success and financial gain and agendas to manipulate this process has I stated above has to what’s the rush why now ?? When we fully know we aren’t quite ready to move forward until we collaborate including everyone from the 4 centers of Jamaica to have a say in this process. You keep using this about how Mr Golding above he’s prolonging, opposing the process from moving but we all realize that’s not so! Mr Mark Golding feels the same like any Jamaicans who want betterment Jamaica for all inclusion. We can’t want hold onto monarchy when we feel we want need benefit and when we don’t we need them they are our backbone 😏🙄 when we fully know we not ready. You people can’t think for us. Unun need to stop it. Kmdt Jamaica isn’t ready to reform institution to Republic not at this time.
